Schedule for the week

(mostly for my own benefit)
Monday:  Run with J, yoga
Tuesday:  Bar Method, low key cardio, yoga
Wednesday:  Bar Method, yoga
Thursday:  Treadmill run, yoga
Friday:  Bar method, yoga
Saturday:  Yoga in the park?  Bar method?  Run?
Sunday:  Run (if not on Saturday), pilates? Yoga? Spinning if not running?

Hmmmmmmmm.
